We are seeking a Bilingual Forklift Operator who is fluent in English and Spanish to support warehouse operations through safe, efficient material handling. This role is essential to maintaining smooth workflow, accurate inventory movement, and a safe working environment.

Position Overview

A Forklift Operator uses power industrial trucks to load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse. This includes operating forklifts and related equipment, performing inspections, maintaining safety standards, and supporting inventory accuracy. Experience with a sit-down forklift would be preferred.

Core Responsibilities

• Material Handling — Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment to move, stack, and sort materials.
• Loading & Unloading — Safely load and unload trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles.
• Warehouse Organization — Transport items to and from storage areas, production lines, and docks while maintaining proper placement.
• Inventory Support — Track shipments, update inventory records, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Safety & Equipment Care — Perform daily equipment inspections, report issues, and maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with all safety regulations.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual: English & Spanish (Required)
• Certified Forklift Operator
• Strong safety awareness in fast‐paced environments
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks when needed
• High attention to detail for load checks, documentation, and inventory accuracy
• Strong coordination and ability to work safely around other team members
