Job Title: Forklift Operator
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our hardware company team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, load, unload, and organize materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move products and materials
Load and unload trucks, deliveries, and shipments
Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock placement
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Inspect forklifts and equipment daily to ensure proper operation
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous forklift operating experience preferred
Forklift certification is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
