Key Responsibilities Process rental payments, security deposits, and ensure transactions are accurately recorded to the appropriate ledgers. Manage lease paperwork, review documentation, and assist with lease audits. Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping responsibilities. Assist with administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and backup phone support. Partner with the accounting team to maintain accurate and timely financial records. Qualifications Previous bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or basic accounting experience preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Dependable, team-oriented professional with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
