CNC MachinistThe CNC Machinist will be responsible for creating parts using CNC lathes and/ or CNC Mills as well as learning to operate manual machines. This role requires a candidate who is eager to learn and willing to perform quality checks and documentation.ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC lathes and/ or CNC Mills to manufacture parts.Learn and operate manual machines.Perform quality checks and ensure all documentation is accurate.Essential Skills2-4 years of experience as a CNC machinist.Experience with CNC lathes and/ or CNC Mills operations.Familiarity with deburring, blueprint reading, and manual machining.Proficiency in using calipers and other precision measuring equipment.Work EnvironmentWork in a climate-controlled manufacturing environmentJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gainesville, FL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
