LPN/RN/Skilled Nursing/Assisted Living Floor Nurse - $30-$49/hr with Bonuses* Pick your own shift!

We’re seeking licensed LPNs and RNs to provide compassionate nursing care across a network of senior housing and post‑acute facilities. The role is delivered via our mobile app, offering a flexible schedule and next‑business‑day pay. Position Overview Work flexible shifts, earn competitive pay, and contribute to quality care for residents while maintaining control over your schedule. Key Responsibilities Ensure the individual service plan is followed and administer or supervise treatments as prescribed by a physician. Perform meaningful rounds to all residents, utilizing service plans; make rounds with physicians and record visits on charts. Administer all intramuscular and sub‑cutaneous injections; perform all in‑house testing procedures; take and record vital signs. Document acute episodes or significant changes in resident status. Work with the Activity Director, Director of Nursing, and Nurse Aides to carry out the activities program. Receive or place calls to physicians and follow through with physician’s orders. Handle the preparation and administration of prescribed medications. Order new medications and refills; administer all medications and chart appropriately. Chart on your shift in accordance with facility policy, state guidelines, and resident status. Supervise the serving of prescribed diets and fluid intake; report unresolved problems to the physician and/or Director of Nursing or appropriate discipline. Prepare incident reports promptly and accurately. Complete admission assessments and discharge documentation accurately and on time. Supervise residents who self‑administer medication while following community and regulatory guidelines. Provide assistance as needed with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living. Offer emotional and social support to residents. Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns. Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of residents. Maintain resident confidentiality. Be familiar and comfortable with emergency equipment and procedures. Strive to maintain a safe working environment through accident prevention, equipment preservation, and safe working practices. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co‑workers. Adhere to all policies and procedures of the community. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education combined with related experience. Valid LVN (LPN) or RN license. Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice, including drugs, biology, & physical, social, and medical sciences. Working knowledge of infection control, universal precautions, and OSHA standards. Experience with in‑service instruction of nursing and auxiliary personnel. Familiarity with medical diagnoses, procedures, and accepted treatment patterns; ability to administer medications and understand side effects. Physical ability to lift at least 51 lbs on a regular basis and assist residents requiring mobility support. Proficient computer skills for accurate and timely charting with required software. Read, write, speak, and understand English. Experience caring for residents with memory impairment is preferred if assigned to memory care areas.
