Job qualifications: Have a love for children. Be reliable and friendly. Excellent communication skills. NYS Certification or study plan preferred. Job Responsibilities: Demonstrate a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, etc.). Encourage children to interact and resolve occasional conflicts. Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers, colors, crafts, etc.). Organize nap and lunch/snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are always safe. Track children’s progress. Communicate with parents regularly. Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.
