To achieve our vision, we are searching for a range of Pre-K Specialty Teachers with a Bachelor's degree, at least 1-2+ years of teaching experience, and mastery of your given content area. Some specialty content areas we are hiring for include, but are not limited to: Yoga, Art, Music, ASL, Science Lab, and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Execute a vision of excellence in Pre-K Specialty, working with leaders and teammates to craft inquiry-based and rigorous lessons that inspire self-confidence and discipline in all students
• Build a classroom culture that fosters students' genuine love for learning and creates a sense of community for our families
• Assist with whole-school initiatives and provide instructional support as needed
• Use data-driven approaches and teaching resources to drive student achievement
• Develop authentic, meaningful relationships with students and families to support student growth
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in weekly professional development opportunities with leaders and colleagues to benefit from feedback that will help you grow as an educator

We are hiring for the 2026-2027 school year with a start date of July 27, 2026. The salary range for this position is between $62,000 to $94,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience teaching in a lead capacity in a school and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales.

Zeta offers a relocation reimbursement of up to $2,500 for eligible Teachers relocating to join our school community.
