QUALIFICATIONS Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate for Biology (K-12) or ability to obtain certification through the Limited Instructional Certification Program. Holder of Certificates of Eligibility must complete the 50-hour pre-professional experience as required by the NJ Department of Education. Demonstrated knowledge of subject specialty and effective teaching methods. Ability to maintain a positive learning environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Effectively communicates and understands job instructions both verbally and written in the English language.
