Customer Service Representative

Location: Branson Agency – West Caldwell, NJ 07006 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday About this job Allstate Agency is seeking a disciplined and resilient Customer Service Representative to support our sales team. This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable spending most of the day connecting with people by phone, approaches each conversation with resilience and enthusiasm, and strives in a performance environment. Your primary responsibility will be generating opportunities for our licensed agents by engaging prospects, creating interest, and setting qualified appointments. Success in this role comes from consistency, work ethic, and the ability to stay focused despite frequent rejection.
