Diabetes Sales Specialist - Champaign, IL

Abbott

Abbott seeks a Diabetes Sales Specialist II for field-based sales in Illinois. This role involves driving revenue for diabetes care products, building healthcare provider relationships, and executing territory sales plans across HCP channels.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas for diabetes care products in designated territory
Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers
Develop territory and account plans with goals, action items, and performance tracking
Manage sample inventory in compliance with division guidelines and maintain accurate sales documentation
Collaborate across sales channels including Managed Care, Retail, and Point of Care teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
2-4 years prior sales experience with proven track record, ideally healthcare-related
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High energy, integrity, and competitive drive to achieve sales targets
Preferred: 4+ years relevant sales experience and diabetes clinical knowledge

Compensation: $68,000.00 – $136,000.00 base
