Whether you're an experienced automotive salesperson or someone with a proven background in customer service or sales, they'll provide the training, mentorship, and support you need to build a rewarding career.

Experienced Automotive Sales Sign-On Incentive

Qualified candidates with prior automotive sales experience are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on incentive:

• $250 after 30 days
• $250 after 60 days
• $1,000 after 90 days

Payouts are contingent upon active employment and satisfactory performance at each milestone.

What You'll Do

• Provide a premium customer experience from the first interaction through vehicle delivery
• Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Learn and present Mercedes-Benz products, technology, and performance features
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Guide customers through the purchase process in partnership with the finance team
• Maintain consistent follow-up using dealership CRM tools
• Stay current on Mercedes-Benz products and manufacturer training
• Collaborate with sales managers, finance, and service departments to ensure an outstanding ownership experience
• Follow all dealership policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations

What We're Looking For

• Automotive sales experience is not required
• Sales or customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, banking, insurance, etc.)
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
