We're a profitable fintech platform powering lower middle market M&A. In 2025, we facilitated 12,500+ deals, 1M+ platform connections, and hundreds of millions in closed transactions for private equity firms, investment banks, M&A advisors, and business owners.
We're a lean, high-conviction team of 60 and we're building category-defining products for a market that moves fast and trusts carefully. The Opportunity:
This is not a support role. This is not a rotational program.
This is an early-career operator seat where your work will be visible, your scope will grow fast, and your fingerprints will be on decisions that matter.
You'll work directly with senior leadership to identify what's slowing us down, build better systems, and execute against our most important priorities. What You'll Own:
Strategic analysis and decision support for leadership
Operational workflow mapping and process improvement
GTM and revenue operations - pipeline, territory, forecasting
Dashboards, reporting, and data infrastructure
High-priority special projects across the business You Are:
2+ years in consulting, banking, or PE - and ready to trade the deliverable treadmill for real ownership.
Analytically sharp
A first-principles thinker
Operationally curious
A clear, concise communicator
Comfortable with ambiguity
Energized by private markets
Excel and PowerPoint required. SQL, Python, Tableau, or CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a strong plus.
