Territory Sales Representative - Northern Midwest Region

As a Territory Sales Representative, you’ll grow Pelican’s business across the Northern Midwest by building customer relationships, developing new opportunities, and expanding existing accounts. This remote, field-based role offers the autonomy to manage your territory while representing trusted Pelican products to dealers, distributors, and end users. Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships to drive revenue growth. Partner with dealers and channel partners to increase market share and strengthen customer partnerships. Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations independently and alongside dealer representatives or sales leadership. Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that support their business. Represent Pelican at trade shows, customer events, product demonstrations, and industry meetings. Provide product training and educational sessions for dealers, customers, and sales partners. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Maintain accurate sales activity, customer interactions, pipeline updates, and forecasts in Pelican’s CRM system. Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Supply Chain to support a positive customer experience from quote through delivery. Qualifications Remote, Midwest-Based:Work remotely while managing your territory across the Northern Midwest, with a preference for candidates located within the region. Direct exposure to customers, dealers, and industry partners across Northern Midwest. 1-2 years of sales experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. SAP experience is a plus. Working knowledge of sales techniques and business development. Ability to develop strong knowledge of Pelican products, the assigned territory, and company sales strategies. Ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and work independently in a remote, field-based environment.
