About the Role

Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring engineering teams, implementing best practices, driving architectural decisions, and overseeing IT and infrastructure to ensure a secure, reliable, and high-uptime environment. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years leading engineering teams, and a proven track record in modernizing tech stacks and leading digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, e-commerce platforms, integrations, data architecture, and security. Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to balance innovation with operational excellence. The role also requires experience in building and scaling teams in a high-growth environment and a focus on continuous improvement through agile methodologies.
