Logistics Associate

Start your new career as a Logistics Associate with MAU at Bosch Rexroth in Fountain Inn, SC . As a Logistics Associate, you will be responsible for picking components, assembling production kits, and supporting inventory accuracy to ensure efficient material flow throughout the facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

- $1.50 shift differential
- Second shift schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:05 PM

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent attendance record required
- Minimum of 12 months without a written warning or higher disciplinary action
- Ability to read and comprehend work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn and identify parts for inventory transactions
- Ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk frequently, and bend or stoop occasionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Willingness to cross-train in other logistics functions as needed
- Read and interpret work orders to identify required components and quantities
- Pick parts from inventory locations and assemble kits accurately
- Ensure components are placed on the correct carts for designated production lines
- Verify kit accuracy to ensure quality control standards are met
- Package, label, and stage kits for delivery to production areas
- Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP
- Follow safety procedures, established processes, and 5S standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with logistics team members to support efficient material flow
- Assist with additional logistics functions as needed
