This position is responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining large volumes of data related to shipments, inventory, and logistics operations. The specialist will collaborate closely with various departments to verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. By maintaining precise records, the role supports efficient supply chain management and timely decision-making. Ultimately, the Date Entry Specialist contributes to the smooth operation of transportation and warehousing processes by providing reliable and up-to-date information.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Order Processing, Timely Shipping, and Customer Billing
- Customer Communications
- Inventory Availability Checks
- Review Shipping Documentation
- Customer Product Catalog Management
Requirements:
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to Communicate effectively and proactively
- Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Skills
- ERP experience required – SAP Business One preferred
Working outside this schedule may be required periodically.
