Collision General Manager

Service Center Columbia TN Job Summary Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision General Manager to perform all‑purpose duties, which may include, but are not limited to, the overall operation of the center: risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The incumbent will also recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor current financial performance metrics, and review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends. Collision General Managers must ensure center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the collision center. Manage risk and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Develop and supervise teammates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Track and analyze financial performance metrics, identify trends and opportunities. Ensure repair processes are thorough, safe, and profitable in accordance with SOPs and industry guidelines. Recruit, recognize, and retain talent for the center. Requirements 3+ years of collision management experience. Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under the company insurance policy. 21 years of age or older. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions. Abilities / Skills / Knowledge Advanced understanding of collision estimating. Prior experience with CCC1. In-depth knowledge of repair processes and procedures. Ability to understand written and verbal instructions. Strong prioritization skills and adaptability to a fast‑paced environment. Excellent customer‑service orientation for both internal and external customers. Physical capacity to perform consistent activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
