To learn more about Trillium, visit The Role Trillium is seeking a Trading Operations Analyst to help ensure the firm’s trading infrastructure operates smoothly and efficiently. This individual will serve as a critical link between traders and the technical support team, helping to resolve real‑time issues, manage equipment and workstations, and support core systems that keep our trading operations running at peak performance. Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for trader technical inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses Troubleshoot and escape IT-related issues affecting traders and staff Assemble and configure new trader workstations, including hardware and software installation Maintain and regularly audit system performance across trader machines Manage trading floor logistics, including seating chart updates and workstation relocations Maintain and update records in the internal ticketing system for technical issue resolution Attend Feature Prioritization meetings to provide context on trader issues and support prioritization Provide troubleshooting and escalation support for proprietary trading applications Requirements Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to triage and resolve technical issues under pressure Familiarity with Windows-based systems and desktop support best practices Comfortable interacting with end users in a fast-paced environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail Prior experience in a tech support, IT help desk, or operations role preferred Exposure to trading or financial services environments a plus Bachelor Degree in IT, CIS, CS, or related-area Location On-Site Monday–Friday, 6:00 am – 2:00 pm EST in Midtown NYC Compensation and Perks The reasonably estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 + Additional Bonus/Pay Structure if applicable. Actual compensation is based on a number of factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
