As a new Caregiver at The Gardens at Quail Springs, your day will be filled with meaningful interactions as you assist residents with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. You'll have the opportunity to provide companionship and support to our residents, helping them feel comfortable and cared for in our community. What we're looking for in a Caregiver

• To be successful as a Caregiver at The Gardens at Quail Springs, you'll need a high school diploma or GED.
• CNA Certification is a plus!
• Fluency in English to effectively communicate with residents and team members.
• Your commitment to ongoing education, with a minimum of 12 hours of in-service training per year, will ensure you stay informed on best practices in care.
• Access to reliable transportation is a must, and you should be at least 18 years old with a clean criminal record.
