Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving students in the Albany, OR area as a Speech-Language Pathologist! This position offers flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful difference through both in-person and teletherapy services. Two openings are available—one at 0.8 FTE and the other at 0.6 FTE—each supporting students across two school sites. You’ll be welcomed by a collaborative district with a strong support system and excellent onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Active Oregon SLP license.
• CCC-SLP certification or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY).
• Experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings desired.
• Background in teletherapy strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with IEPs and collaborative student-care planning.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing student needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech therapy services in-person and virtually, as assigned.
• Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for communication disorders.
• Develop tailored treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for student success.
• Participate in onboarding and receive ongoing training as needed.
