Sales Representative - Staffing Solutions (B2B / Outside Sales)

The Role

As Staffing Solutions Sales Representative, you are a trusted advisor to business owners, HR leaders, and operations managers across Pell City and St. Clair County. You will dig into their hiring headaches, from turnover to tight deadlines to sudden growth, and bring them a workforce plan that fixes the problem.

This is a full time, in person role based onsite in Pell City. Some days you are at your desk working the phones and building pipeline. Other days you are out walking a plant floor, shaking hands at the Chamber, or closing a deal across a conference table. You will join a fast growing workforce solutions team and help shape a market that is ready for it.

What You Will Do

FIND NEW BUSINESS

• Grow revenue through cold calls, field visits, email outreach, and smart networking in Pell City and the surrounding area
• Build relationships with executives, HR leaders, hiring managers, and plant and operations supervisors
• Show up where local business happens, including Chamber of Commerce meetings, trade shows, and networking groups
• Turn qualified leads into lasting middle market and enterprise accounts

CONSULT AND CLOSE

• Run thorough needs assessments to uncover hiring bottlenecks, turnover issues, and capacity gaps
• Present tailored solutions including temporary staffing, direct hire recruiting, temporary to permanent placement, and payrolling
• Build proposals, negotiate fee structures, finalize service agreements, and close new accounts

GROW YOUR ACCOUNTS

• Manage your client accounts to earn repeat business, expand services, and keep clients for the long haul
• Partner closely with our recruiting team so every placement fits the client's needs and culture
• Hold regular client reviews and performance conversations to keep service quality high

OWN YOUR PIPELINE

• Log daily activity, prospect conversations, pipeline updates, and deals in the CRM
• Keep a healthy pipeline that hits and beats monthly, quarterly, and annual gross margin goals

What It Takes

• Three or more years of successful B2B sales experience in outside sales, account executive, business development, or solution sales roles
• Experience owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to presenting, negotiating, and closing
• A proven record of hitting targets and growing a geographic territory
• Comfort with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Bullhorn, plus Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• A consultative style that sells outcomes, not products, by tying workforce solutions to real business ROI
• Strong people skills and the ability to connect with all kinds of decision makers
• Self motivated and disciplined, with a sense of urgency in how you manage your time
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent professional sales experience

Compensation

$55,000 base salary plus uncapped commission . Your base keeps you steady. Your commission is where your hustle shows up.
