*What You’ll Do:*

* Lead divorce, custody, and modification cases from start to finish
* Communicate clearly and proactively with clients
* Work closely with paralegals, intake, and client service to deliver a 10/10 experience
* Prepare legal strategies, handle court appearances, and settle when it makes sense
* Contribute ideas to improve our processes, technology, and results

*Who You Are:*

* Licensed in Alabama and in good standing
* Minimum 1 year of family law experience, or 2 years civil litigation experience
* Comfortable in court and in emotionally charged situations
* Detail-oriented, self-directed, and hungry to take feedback and development
* Bonus if you’ve worked in a systemized or tech-forward firm
