Job Description As a Security Guard Armed Driver Patrol in San Francisco, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $28.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon08:00 PM - 08:00 AMTue08:00 PM - 08:00 AMWed08:00 PM - 08:00 AMSun08:00 PM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business spaces, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and prepare accurate incident reports. Carry and maintain assigned equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and site-specific procedures. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required. A valid armed guard card or license is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification are preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
