PAM RN PRN Hospital Based Tier IV
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PAM RN to join our hospital-based Tier IV team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating expertise in patient assessment, medication administration, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Tier IV hospital setting.
- Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document clinical information accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and best nursing practices.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with clinical advancements and hospital procedures.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in hospital-based nursing, preferably in a Tier IV or critical care environment.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work PRN shifts as needed.
PRN (as needed) to support hospital staffing requirements.
