CNC Machine Operator

Job Full Description We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator / Machinist for a manufacturing company in Leominster. This role will operate CNC and shop equipment to manufacture and refurbish precision parts. Entry-level candidates with machining training, technical school experience, or a strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Operate and assist with programming CNC equipment to manufacture custom parts Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and tolerances Support production schedules to meet on-time delivery goals Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality Track and report work order progress and quantities produced Operate a variety of equipment throughout the production process Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred Previous CNC machine operation preferred Manufacturing, machining, trade school, or CNC training experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred Able to lift up to 50 lbs Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision, PTO, Sick Pay, Holiday Pay, HSA/FSA plans, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, and more!
