- Position: CNC Setup Machinist
- Location: 569 Main St, Hudson, MA 01749
- Duration: DIRECT HIRE
- US Citizen OR Green Card Holder only
- At least 3-5 years of CNC machine setup experience required.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges required.
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds required.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Set up CNC machines (mainly Haas Milling) to produce precision aluminum parts according to specifications and work orders.
- Create and modify CNC programs to ensure efficient and accurate production willing to train.
- Operate CNC machines to execute production tasks.
- Inspect parts during and after machining to ensure they meet the required specifications and high-precision tolerances using inspection tools.
- Perform deburring operations to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Accurately complete and maintain in-process documentation to track production progress and quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
