Job Description Job Description CNC Milling Machine Operator NOW HIRING – CNC MILLING MACHINE OPERATOR We are looking for an experienced and dependable CNC Milling Machine Operator to join our team. Day and night shifts available. The ideal candidate has CNC milling experience, can read and interpret blueprints, and is comfortable using precision measuring tools to inspect parts and maintain quality. Responsibilities Operate CNC milling machines safely and efficiently Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools Perform in-process and final inspections Monitor machine operation and make machine offsets and adjustments as needed Maintain production and inspection records Follow quality and safety procedures Keep the work area clean and organized Meet production and quality standards Qualifications Previous CNC milling experience preferred Ability to read and understand blueprints Ability to use precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team CNC setup and programming experience is a plus Shifts: Day & Night Shift Pay: Competitive pay based on experience Location: D&R Products Co., Inc.
