Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving optimal mental health outcomes.

• Deliver evidence-based individual and couples therapy to a diverse range of clients, ensuring personalized care based on their unique needs and clinical presentations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Coordinate ongoing appointments with clients, managing your schedule efficiently while adapting to changes as needed.

• Engage in supervision and consultation with fellow therapists to continuously improve clinical skills and share insights for enhanced patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with us, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Our clients present with various mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship conflicts and trauma recovery. Your expertise will play a vital role in their therapeutic journey, offering them the insight and understanding needed to overcome obstacles and achieve lasting well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology is required.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure to practice independently in the state of Texas.

• Availability for a minimum of 40 hours per week, including flexibility for evening sessions on two evenings weekly.

Compensation and Benefits\n
