Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other cooking tools. Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food handling practices. Ability to work multiple stations Skills Proficient in meal preparation techniques and culinary practices. Strong understanding of food safety protocols and regulations. Experience in high volume kitchen required. Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely, including knives and cooking appliances. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic kitchen setting. Positive attitude a must.
