About the Role:

Ballerina Restaurant Inc is looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Maker to join our team in beautiful Bal Harbour, FL! Responsibilities:

Prepare and hand-craft pizzas according to restaurant recipes and quality standards

Stretch, toss, and shape dough to proper thickness and size

Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings with consistency and precision

Operate and monitor pizza ovens, adjusting temperatures as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift

Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate supply needs to management

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Requirements:

Prior experience as a pizza maker, line cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred

Knowledge of dough preparation, proofing, and pizza assembly techniques

Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency

Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards (Food Handler certification a plus)

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
