Member Services Agent

Seeking a dedicated Member Services Agent I, the full-time hourly position will handle member inquiries remotely, ensuring a high-quality customer experience through effective communication, problem-solving, and service excellence. Key responsibilities: Conduct outbound outreach to explain program benefits and assist with member enrollment Respond to inbound calls, providing assessments, answering questions, and assisting with app navigation Document member interactions accurately and resolve concerns while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in healthcare Proficiency in using CRM and ticketing systems Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, member-focused environment Strong Wi-Fi connectivity to function in a remote-first environment
