Client Services Project Coordinator

To support project execution, the full-time remote Client Services Project Coordinator will manage project requirements, coordinate internal teams, and ensure timely and accurate client communications while maintaining high-quality standards. Key responsibilities: Meet project requirements by coordinating kick-off meetings, managing deadlines, and ensuring timely project communication Collaborate with internal operational groups throughout project lifecycles to coordinate deliverables and meet objectives Respond to client communications and relay feedback internally to understand and address client needs effectively Required qualifications: 1+ year of work experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry experience preferred Experience with MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook Critical thinking skills with the ability to gather and process information efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
