The Goat's Beard in Manayunk is looking for a skilled, motivated, and reliable Line Cook to join our back-of-house team! We're a neighborhood staple known for our scratch kitchen, locally-sourced ingredients, and warm, welcoming vibe.
What You'll Do:
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen with a focus on quality and consistency
- Prep and cook menu items according to our recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ year of experience in a kitchen/line cook role preferred
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for great food and hospitality
- Team player who thrives in a busy environment
