REQUIREMENTS
· High School Diploma or GED
· Physical
· TB Test
· Authorized to work in the United States
· COVID-19 Vaccination - Not required but if you are vaccinated, we ask for a copy. 
· NJ Residence
· NJ Driver's License
· Own a reliable vehicle

NOTE:
· Hourly Caregivers must have a driver’s license, a clean driving record, and their own reliable vehicle
· Live – In caregivers are not required to have a license or a reliable car
