Neuromuscular Neurologist

Dartmouth Health is seeking a BE/BC Neurologist with fellowship training in neuromuscular medicine to join our growing neurology team in southern New Hampshire. This is a unique opportunity to build a specialized neuromuscular practice while also maintaining a general neurology panel — combining focused subspecialty work with the variety and continuity of community-based care. The Opportunity Blended practice: dedicated neuromuscular clinic (EMG/NCS, neuromuscular disorders, ALS, myasthenia gravis, peripheral neuropathies, myopathies) alongside general outpatient neurology Collaborate closely with a supportive, established neurology team, including strong working relationships with subspecialists across the Dartmouth Health system EMG lab and diagnostic support on-site No in-hospital call requirements; minimal telephone call coverage (1:8 weeks) Outpatient only 2-3 days per week will be in the Concord clinic Requirements: Board-certified in neurology by the ABMS or AOA Ability to obtain/maintain NH medical license and federal DEA Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care Commitment to collaboration, teamwork, and professional growth within a community-based practice Why we live here: Four seasons and an outdoor lifestyle Easy access to major cities and airports Nationally ranked public and private school systems Proximity to mountains and seacoast Abundance of lakes for boating and swimming No sales or income tax The Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinics comprise four divisions—Concord, Manchester, Nashua, and PeriOperative Services with a total of 11 clinical locations and two administrative sites.
