Product Owner - CMP

Owning a defined area of the Content Marketing Platform (CMP), the full-time remote Product Owner - CMP will manage the product backlog, engage directly with customers for insights, and ensure evidence-based delivery of features while collaborating with engineering and design teams. Key Responsibilities Manage product area ownership and backlog, ensuring quality and prioritization of user stories Conduct customer-led discovery to gather insights and validate proposals through direct relationships Oversee evidence-based delivery, tracking outcomes and making decisive calls amidst competing views Required Qualifications 3+ years in a Product Owner or Product Management role within an Agile SaaS environment Strong working knowledge of Scrum and experience leading agile ceremonies Ability to write clear, outcome-focused user stories with measurable acceptance criteria Analytical thinking with experience in defining success metrics and interpreting usage data Experience managing inbound requests from non-technical stakeholders and framing decisions as tradeoffs
