Product Manager, Infusion Disposables

Becton Dickinson seeks a Product Manager for its U.S. Infusion Disposables portfolio, managing I.V. Accessories and Gravity & Syringe Delivery product lines. The role involves developing commercial strategies, executing product launches, conducting market analysis, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and product strategies for the Infusion Disposables portfolio to achieve business objectives
- Manage product lifecycle activities including new launches, line extensions, optimization, and discontinuations
- Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, market research, competitive intelligence, and trend analysis
- Partner with U.S. Sales to support customer engagement, field training, and commercial initiatives
- Support portfolio forecasting, demand planning, pricing strategy, and financial analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years in marketing, product management, healthcare, or commercial roles
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and strong analytical capabilities
- Experience leveraging market research and customer insights for commercial strategy
- Strong financial analysis skills and ability to interpret business performance data
- Excellent organizational skills managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines
- Ability to travel approximately 30% and work on-site minimum 4 days per week
- MBA or Master's degree preferred; healthcare/life science experience preferred
