You'll engage with our goal to ensure patients receive the right care for all aspects of their health, including mind, body, spirit and community.You will be part of a team recognized nationally and locally for its exceptional expertise and care.Job Requirements:Master's degree completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program required.At least one year of experience post Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant training preferred.Cardiology experience preferred.Certification as a Physician Assistant - NCCPA -National Commission Certification of Physician Assistants upon hire required or Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANCC) - American Nurse Credentialing Center or (AANP) American Association for Nurse Practitioners required upon hire.Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire (NP candidates)Active MN NP/PA license (or ability to obtain).BLS certification required within 180 days of hire.Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI).Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for credentialing and hospital privileges.Physical Demands Medium Work*: Lifting weight Up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), Up to 25 lbs. frequentlyPay Range: $56.48 to $78.15 per hour. The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
