Spanish/English Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated, self starter, relationship driven Field Sales Consultant to join our team. Field Sales Consultant is responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing existing customer accounts, and helping clients implement cost‑effective janitorial and facility solutions. This position works closely with company leadership, internal support staff, and manufacturer partners to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve revenue goals. Chemcraft Industries is committed to supporting the success of our sales team through continuous training, product education, and hands‑on sales support. Responsibilities Develop and grow assigned customer accounts. Utilize consultative sales strategies to recommend customized solutions for customers. Complete and maintain customer profiles and account information. Coordinate product, systems, and solution training as needed. Support company initiatives, including product launches, training programs, open houses, seminars and trade shows. Build and maintain relationships with decision makers in management, purchasing, facility maintenance, and operations. Utilize CRM software and sales tools to effectively manage customer relationships and opportunities. Communicate customer feedback and opportunities to management. Maintain a professional image and customer focused attitude. Qualifications 1+ years in sales, business development, marketing, or related B2B experience preferred. Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and CRM software. Janitorial, facility supply, distribution, or consultative sales experience is a plus. Benefits Bonus based on performance.
