\nEHS Supervisor to oversee environmental, health, and safety compliance while supporting safe and efficient plant operations. This role partners with site leadership to promote a strong safety culture, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement.
\nThe assignment is expected to last 3 to 6 months , with potential for extension or direct hire based on business needs and performance.
\n \nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Support and promote facility safety programs and initiatives. \n
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, incident investigations, and root cause analyses. \n
- Track corrective actions and ensure timely completion. \n
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations. \n
- Manage permits, compliance records, and required regulatory reporting. \n
- Support environmental programs related to air emissions, wastewater, stormwater, and waste management. \n
- Monitor environmental performance and assist with compliance improvement efforts. \n
- Partner with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to support safe and compliant operations. \n
Education: BA/BS Degree in Environmental Studies or Engineering, Chemical engineering, Industrial Manufacturing or Chemical Processing.
