Pre-Settlement Funding Specialist

Liberty Legal Funding is a growing pre‑settlement funding company that helps injured plaintiffs access funds while awaiting the resolution of their personal injury claims. We work directly with established plaintiff law firms and are seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support all aspects of the funding process. This role is ideal for someone with experience in personal injury case management, legal operations, litigation support, settlement coordination, or legal funding who enjoys managing cases, building relationships, and keeping complex processes moving efficiently. Responsibilities Review and process pre‑settlement funding requests. Communicate with clients, attorneys, case managers, and law firms. Gather and review case information, medical treatment updates, and supporting documentation. Assist with underwriting and funding decisions. Prepare and manage funding agreements and client records. Coordinate funding disbursements and payment processes. Track active accounts and maintain accurate case files. Process payoff requests and assist with settlement‑related account resolution. Support monthly reporting and administrative workflow. Maintain accurate records across internal systems and databases. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in personal injury law, legal funding, litigation support, or case management. Strong organizational and follow‑up skills. Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable speaking with clients, attorneys, and legal staff. Detail‑oriented and process‑driven. Experience with personal injury claims, settlements, medical records, liens, or case management strongly preferred.
