Base pay range $115,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from DivergeIT HR Business Partner @ DivergeIT | HR Strategy, Talent Management Marketing Manager – B2B Managed Services Reports To: CMO Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and customer engagement for our Managed Services offerings. This role is ideal for a marketing leader with strong digital experience and a deep understanding of the B2B services landscape. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and nurture long sales cycles typical of B2B MSP engagements. Manage campaigns across digital, email, SEO/SEM, events, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. Collaborate with Sales and Client Services to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and client acquisition strategies. Analyze campaign metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements. Support brand positioning efforts that highlight our expertise in managed IT, cloud, cybersecurity, and support services. Qualifications: 4-6 years of marketing experience in B2B or professional services; experience in technology or managed services is highly preferred. Strong content and digital marketing skills with a data-driven mindset. Proficiency in CRM and Marketing Automation platforms-HubSpot experience preferred Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
