Traffic Defense Attorney (Franklin County, Ohio) Alexandria Law Group is seeking an Ohio‑licensed attorney to handle traffic matters throughout Franklin County, including matters arising in: Franklin County Municipal Court (Columbus) Mayor's Courts and Traffic Courts within Franklin County jurisdictions, including but not limited to: * Bexley Canal Winchester Dublin (Franklin County matters) Gahanna Grove City Hilliard New Albany Reynoldsburg (Franklin County matters) Upper Arlington Whitehall Worthington Flexible Supplemental Income | Approximately Eight or Fewer Court Appearances Per Month | Administrative Support Provided | Compatible With Your Existing Practice This is a flexible, low‑volume contract opportunity designed for attorneys seeking reliable supplemental income without the burden of managing intake, scheduling, staffing, or day‑to‑day administrative work. Most attorneys in this role maintain a separate practice, full‑time position, government position, or independent caseload alongside this opportunity. Why Attorneys Like This Role Approximately eight or fewer in‑person court appearances per month Many matters resolved proactively without a court appearance becoming necessary Flat monthly compensation structure Cases consolidated and organized for efficiency Administrative and operational support provided by the firm You maintain control over legal strategy and case resolution decisions Future representation of the client outside of firm‑referred matters is entirely permissible Representation is limited to pre‑trial negotiation and resolution; trial work is explicitly excluded The most serious matters handled in this role generally involve high‑speed traffic offenses, reckless operation allegations, and other misdemeanor traffic‑related charges. You serve as attorney of record through resolution of the matter, while the firm's administrative and case‑management staff assist with filings, scheduling coordination, client communication, prosecutor outreach facilitation, and operational support so you can focus on negotiation strategy and efficient case resolution. Many matters are resolved proactively through negotiation before a court appearance becomes necessary, at the discretion of the attorney. This opportunity is intended to provide consistent supplemental income alongside an attorney's existing practice or employment and is not intended to serve as an attorney's sole source of revenue.
