In this role you will drive revenue, grow the client base, and inspire our team and members to reach their fitness goals. This is an energetic, enthusiastic position in a supportive, inclusive environment. Responsibilities Drive revenue and customer service success. Hire, train, and develop a high‑performing sales team. Generate leads through local outreach initiatives. Lead evening and weekend shifts. Maintain an organized, professional, and efficient working environment.
