Highlights Pay: $69,600 - $106,132.50 annually Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Design, direct, implement, and evaluate educational offerings for nursing staff. Identify learning needs and desires of nursing personnel. Develop and utilize evaluation systems to assess educational activities' effectiveness. Consult with individuals regarding professional nursing practice and roles. Assist in developing department‑specific orientation and competencies. Aid departments in the orientation of staff. Develop and maintain a cataloging system for teaching-learning resources. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred. Experience: 2+ years of recent nursing experience required; 2 years of inpatient experience preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN) required; BCLS or ACLS instructor certification preferred.
