About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience required License: Valid state nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Trauma Level II experience required - Travel experience required - Charting system experience (Epic) Description: ER RN needed. ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC certifications are required. Every other weekend availability is required. Five years of experience is required as per management. Patient ratios during the day are 4 per nurse. The daily patient census is between 50-70. The unit accommodates neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The unit provides interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, social services, and more. Skills required include BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patients, central line care, and management of dysrhythmias. Isolation precautions and PPE management are essential. Candidates must be able to administer and monitor procedural sedation. Compliance with onboarding processes and work history verification is required. Candidates must provide accurate work history information for the past 7 years.
