Certified Nurse-Midwife / Women's Health NP / Experienced FNP – Outpatient OB/GYNTrue Health NY is seeking an experienced, dependable and patient-centered women's-health advanced-practice clinician to join our Fresh Meadows OB/GYN practice.Qualified candidates may include:New York-licensed certified nurse-midwivesNew York-certified Women's Health Nurse PractitionersExperienced New York-certified Family Nurse Practitioners with substantial recent outpatient OB/GYN and prenatal-care experienceThe successful clinician will provide comprehensive outpatient gynecologic, prenatal and postpartum care, build and maintain a stable patient panel, perform approved office procedures and ensure timely follow-through on results, referrals and patient concerns.The Fresh Meadows clinic provides an integrated environment with OB/GYN physicians, women's-health clinicians, primary-care services, ultrasound, diagnostic services and centralized administrative support.This is a site-anchored Fresh Meadows position—not a multisite float assignment. The clinician will have a defined recurring schedule and clear responsibility for documentation, results, patient messages and continuity of care.No routine labor-and-delivery or overnight call is required.
