Become a part of a private medical practice featuring two family medicine doctors and three Advanced Practice Providers located in Naples, Florida.

Position Overview

• Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

• Provide care to patients across all age groups.

• Benefit from a highly skilled support team, including well-trained medical assistants.

Salary and Benefits

• Starting base salary of $215,000, with a guaranteed bonus of $15,000.

• Base salary increases to $220,000 in the second year and $225,000 in the third year.

• Includes malpractice insurance, health coverage, and vacation time.

• Relocation assistance of $5,000 and a signing bonus of $5,000.

• 401(k) plan with a 3.5% employer match after the first year.

• A physician who joined last year earned $267,000 in their first year.

• Earn an additional $20 bonus for each patient seen beyond 20 per day; physical exams count as two visits.

• Loan repayment assistance of up to $100,000 for a commitment of 10 years.
