Director, IT Procurement & Contract Management

About the Role IT Sourcing Director (Grade Level 13). This highly visible leadership role works in partnership with a senior group of IT procurement professionals to shape and directly influence the company’s most critical IT investment decisions by developing robust category and sourcing strategies. The role collaborates with the CTO, CISO, CPO, Controller and their respective teams to identify technical and business requirements, conduct market analyses, manage sourcing events, negotiate contracts, and ensure best‑in‑class qualitative and quantitative outcomes for the business. Responsibilities and Impact Create, refresh, and implement category strategies for assigned sub‑categories. Lead high‑profile negotiations with large enterprise supplier partners to secure maximum commercial benefit while meeting business needs. Build and maintain relationships with strategic vendors and internal stakeholders, and challenge senior level stakeholders with commercial insight. Establish performance‑based professional service agreements across IT managed services, Cloud, SaaS, network, compute, data & analytics, and enterprise architecture. Translate business strategies into effective category and sourcing strategies, achieving profit‑margin improvements through proactive sourcing approaches. Manage key supplier relationships, ensuring continuous improvement, contract compliance, and performance monitoring. Develop and maintain tools and procedures for contract management, resolving contractual issues, tracking deliverables, and overseeing contract change processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Mathematics, or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent experience). Advanced degree (JD, MBA, MS) preferred. 7–10+ years of technology procurement experience. Proven contract and supplier management experience with global, offshore Managed Services Providers. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi‑task in a dynamic environment. Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills, including effective interaction with senior management. Indefinite right to work in the United States (or eligibility to obtain it). Compensation and Benefits US candidates: Base salary range is $149,031 to $260,291.25, adjusted for location, experience, and certifications. The role is eligible for an annual incentive plan and the company’s global benefits package. (Additional compensation such as sales commission is not applicable.)
