Location Greenacres, Florida, United States of America Hours 40 hours per week Pay Details $22.50 - $29.00 USD Job Description The Retail Banker I is a customer liaison that is integral to delivering TD’s brand promise by utilizing financial expertise and consultative advice to assist customers with their banking solutions and needs. This role contributes to achieving business objectives that enable growth by identifying appropriate TD solutions to help customers achieve financial goals and optimize their relationship with TD. Depth & Scope Proficient in products, services, and routine transactions to identify opportunities to educate customers and refer them to appropriate team members or internal partners, ensuring a positive experience. Broad knowledge of the full product suite, services, and processes with low to moderate complexity. Establishes and nurtures relationships by consistently displaying product knowledge, actively listening, and engaging in conversations to identify additional needs. Makes product recommendations based on customer needs, highlighting features that support customers through challenging times and life events. Utilizes customer relationship management tools to proactively assess customer needs and lead outbound sales activities. Independently resolves customer issues, errors, and problems, escalating when necessary. Builds relationships and explains detailed information to customers. Gains full proficiency through job‑related training to perform a range of activities. Participates in outreach, servicing, and advice activities to deliver on the brand promise. Engages in conversations about loan products and facilitates application intake. Must maintain an active registration status with NMLS. Education & Experience HS Diploma or GED. 1+ years of customer service or sales experience, or equivalent through volunteering, education, or military experience. Teller experience preferred. Must complete teller training upon hire to process customer transactions. Ability to engage customers while educating them on products and services. Strong organizational skills for handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication skills, concise, clear, and consistent. Ability to schedule and prioritize work. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Sound judgment and effective problem solving. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Notary License preferred. Shareholder Accountabilities Ensure compliance with regulations such as the Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act. Participate in daily operations to align with risk framework. Apply operating policies and procedures. Support accurate completion of business processes. Escalate non‑standard or high‑risk activities as needed. Ensure documentation accurately reflects client intentions. Conduct due diligence for customer transactions. Adhere to the Bank Code of Conduct.
